• LIMGENE vehicles are assembled in the UAE using carefully selected imported components.
• Customizations may include interior layouts, seating configurations, upholstery, entertainment systems, exterior components, body kits, lighting, wheels, technology, storage features and other bespoke elements.

Because these projects are individually designed:

• Final designs may vary slightly from concept images or digital renderings.
• Materials may have natural variations in colour, grain, texture or finish.
• Certain components may depend on supplier availability.
• Production and completion dates may change due to technical requirements, approvals or supply conditions.
• Alternative materials or components may be recommended when the original selection is unavailable.

Any major change affecting the agreed design, specification, cost or completion schedule will be communicated to the customer for approval.

5. Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a contractual relationship between you and LIMGENE.

Payment terms, refund conditions, estimated completion dates and cancellation conditions will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or sales agreement.

8. Production and Delivery Timeframes

Any production, completion or delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed date in writing.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including:

• Changes requested by the customer
• Material or component availability
• Shipping or customs delays
• Technical or engineering requirements
• Manufacturer or supplier delays
• Government inspections or approvals

Warranty coverage may vary depending on:

• Supplier warranties
• Vehicle usage
• Maintenance history
• The applicable sales agreement

Full warranty details, covered components, exclusions and the claim process will be clearly stated in the quotation, warranty document or sales agreement.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by:
